About AID

Understanding AID
American Infrastructure Development uses its seasoned and experienced knowledge in a multitude of industries to offer support the United States Government in a variety of projects. Our methodologies are simple, design financially and operationally efficient solutions to government agencies so that your tax money is not spent needlessly on overpriced and poorly constructed infrastructure. By focusing on these two developmental aspects, AID is capable of generating state-of-the-art proposals that help U.S. Citizens across our great Nation.
The AID Method
When supporting the U.S. Government on their projects, practicality is key; many organizations forget the how lengthy the legal and regulatory process can be if development endeavors are not carefully thought out and designed to fit perfectly within the legal and regulatory landscape. What are the steps that we take the ensure that the project we spearhead are efficient and practical? How does AID begin the process of supporting the U.S. Government through a competitive bid? Simple, we use The AID Method.
1
The first step in The AID Method to U.S. Government contracting is to clearly understand the objectives and what the ultimate goal of this project the Agency offering this contract is trying to achieve,
Next, resource gathering and an analysis of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the project must be conducted; remember, a Responder Proposal is no good if it does not follow the law.
2
Thirdly, produce all necessary documents and informational material that, hopefully, explains your proposed idea to the primary and secondary PoC of the Contract in its entirety without any grey areas or uncertainties.
3
The final step is to maintain full transparency in all aspects of what your agency/entity if proposing, both, before and after the contract has been awarded. This will ensure that all involved parties are on the same page.
